It was clean , spacious and comfortable with a very nice and caring hostess

Excellent location, room was set up well.

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned before I got there, food smell permeated the room

It’s neat and clean..big room for us and we have the private bathroom to ourselves. It’s close to bus stop but quite a travel to downtown Toronto by commute. Closer if you drive. Owner is nice and place is quiet.. Large closets in the room with desk and TV. It’s humid during our stay and electric fan wasn’t working well but didn’t bother us at all. We’re used to warm humid weather. There was a common kitchen but no one seemed to use except for us which we didn’t use except to boil water for coffee.
