Modernes apartment, funktional eingerichtet. Gute Küchenausstattung. Gutes preis-leistungs-verhältnis.

Persönliche Note fehlte (Bilder, Farbe). Netflix fumktionierte nicht. Keine Möglichkeit, die nassen Stiefel in der Wohnung sicher abzustellen (Fußmatte o. ä.). Bad ohne Pflegeprodukte. Lage im Industrieviertel.

Nice apartment for relaxing at Akureyri! Ski lockers down stairs which was useful. Comfortable bed and sofa! Great location. Next to supermarkets and restaurants. - Would stay again :)

The only two thing I would ‘complain’ about was the ‘cooking’ smell in the apartment, that was perhaps from previous guest or from all of the spices that were left in the kitchen cabinet, and kitchen did not feel that clean. We did not cook anything during our stay though. Airflow was not good in the bedroom and bathroom area and could only open one window in the apartment. Therefore the air was a bit heavy for a 3 night stay in the apartment, with three family members. Be side that everything was nice and we did get a good nights sleep in a good comfortable bed :)

The property was very spacious and an easy check in with a code and lock box. The hot tubs were nice but not private. They are shared with all the other apartments. The laundry room is also one floor up and shared with the whole building. Please note the washing machine is very small but the dryer is big, therefore I had to do quite a few loads. Everything in Akureyri is close by so the location was fine - very close to supermarkets which is helpful. The kitchen had a lot of plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom is also nice and big and well lit.

Google maps doesn’t lead you directly to the place. I read from reviews how to find the place as Google maps directs you to the back of the accommodation. The room was very hot, but I suspect there are some regulations about room temperature. We mitigated this by opening up the window and leaving it open overnight, but this meant we were more susceptible to noise. The bedroom had no window. There was no microwave despite it being clearly advertised that there is supposed to be.

The Property was newly refurbished, so all relatively new

The noice from the bottle disposal across the street was terrible. The property was not cleaned to high standards, the bedsheets did not seem fresh, the kitchen units where covers in smudge and handprints as well as bathroom pretty grime.

Good location. Each apartment has an assigned car park spot. That was super helpful. The kitchen is huge and new and great for meal prep. Really clean inside and comfortable for a 1 night stay.

There are no toiletries in the apartment - shower gel, shampoo conditioner etc.

Very wide and confortable. You can reach It thanks to codes, there is no reception.

The bedroom is isolated, there are no windows, although It is no claustrophibic at all because It has two doors that comunícate with the living-room.
