Roma Palace

Staff was rude. Very inpatient and not welcoming

Extremely well located, 5-10 minutes from roma termini depending which side you come out of, near metro station and attractions so easy access to wherever you want to go, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The man who worked there allowed us to store our bags both before and after the stay, since we came early and left late, which honestly saved us a lot of hassle, so i thank him a lot for that.

The walls were kinda of thin so we could hear our neighbor’s shower running, but aside from that nothing to complain about.

The hotel is two streets from Roma Termini and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and other major sights. The room is very simple, but it has everything you need for your stay. The internet worked well, and the shower was also a plus. Check-in was easy, and communication with the property was also fast.

Even though the hotel is located in a central area, this very same fact can be a curse. The windows did not properly isolate the noise from the streets. The curtains were absolutely see-through, so I was awake as soon as the sun came up.
