Very clean good location and good value for money

We had a wonderful stay at Trinity Mews, the property had everything we needed and more. We loved the Alexa in the kitchen! This was really helpful as we were able to connect to it via the Alexa app and play calm my dog while we went off to the zoo with the children.
The parking is a bit of a nightmare you couldn’t always find somewhere to park and the zones aren’t overly clear either. We ended up getting 3 parking tickets during our stay

Appt 30. Very clean, warm appt. Heating easily controlled on thermostat. The shower over bath was good and was spotless. Large, very clean kitchen area with good facilities if required. Main bedroom was very clean and comfy. Sofa bed easy to use and comfy. Carpark one street away that was reasonably priced £8.50 for 24hrs. Brilliant location for our trip to attend a concert at the foundry.
No parking permit was left in appt as advised. Whilst i understand parking is an issue, best not to suggest it can be offered if it cant. Slight musty smell in appt which i thought was stale cigarette smoke, my friend thought room just wasnt aired. The extra duvet for the sofa bed was past its best.

Had everthing we needed
Iron was broken, one duvet was lumpy, and initially, on first entering the apartment, it smelled of dog.

Nice clean appartment in a very good location
The 2 settees were too low and worn out. The double bed was a very cheap and flimsy frame and creaked when you turned over, it felt like it was going to break

A little noises within the courtyard from contained sound from other guests talking and socialising, but never late or extreme.

Very quiet which is what we wanted.
Very clean.
No cushions on sofa.
No key to back gate, there was a key on the keyring but this didn't appear to work!

Mattress were not comfortable and duvets not correct size for bed all else was perfect

All the key informations were provided in advance. This enables a stress free access to the property.
From the property everything was at walking distance. I.e. restaurants, quayside, sky wheel, garden, town centre.
The tv at the apartment could have been a smart tv. DVD and CD player are a bit out of date.
The main lounge blinds need to be replace to a better one. The current one is not that great for privacy.
A fan in the room would have been good too.

There was nothing I liked about this property
We were locked out late at night with 2 small children, no heating entire stay or hot water, no WiFi despite being advertised as having WiFi. Emergency phone number in Yorkshire absolutely no help whatsoever , so called parking permits did not work, and do not guarantee you a parking space, AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Very quiet property, nice comfy bed and modern kitchen, great location 5 minutes from harbour, and town. Team who managed it were excellent
Did get a bit noisy when people moved in or out, but only because of the courtyard style

We stayed in apartment 22 it had well equipped kitchen area was in a good location very close to marina ,shops pubs and restaurants
Apartment 22 could do with a freshen up of decor and furniture also the courtyard could be given a bit of attention a regular sweep would make a difference also although you are given permits you are lucky if you get a space in the road outside the mews and spaces nearby are busy

The location was fantastic. Close enough to enjoy what Torquay has to offer but far enough for peace and quiet. Apartment very clean. Great for pets.
Parking may be an issue for people who struggle to climb hills. Not much parking outside amd next road steep. Fine for us but may be not so for less mobile people.
