Localização muito central, próxima de múltiplos comércios e pontos de interesse. Grande parque de estacionamento grátis na proximidade (5 min a pé). Staff atencioso e eficiente. Pequeno almoço satisfatório, sem ser excepcional.

Insonorização acústica do quarto poderia ser melhor. Para além do ruído dos vizinhos próximos, o facto de se localizar junto da principal artéria viária de Angra, faz com que o descanso, por vezes, fique aquém do esperado. As indicações de temperatura e sobre o fluxo de água do chuveiro, também deixaram a desejar. A área do WC poderia ser maior.

La suite era amplia, pero el sofá cama era viejo y estaba roto, necesita un cambio urgente. Las camas eran cómodas y el detalle de tener 2 almohadas/almohadines

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere vari punti dell’isola. La stanza essenziale ma giusta per uno stop di 2/3 giorni.

La colazione non è molto ricca e varia. Sono stati comunque carini a recuperare un latte senza lattosio per me che sono intollerante.

The location was in the city center. The suite had windows that gave natural light and they could be opened for fresh air. The beds were comfortable.

The Suite was Not as Pictured. There was no traditional style sofa to sit on in the room. The suite amenity info stated that the room had a Sofa. This was not true. You had nothing to sit on in the room. Not everyone wants to sit or lay down in the beds. We had also asked for 2 separate beds and we had to look for the maids and wait for them to separate the beds and then sweep the very dirty dusty floor under the beds. After the 2 maids left the room, the floor was still dirty. The shower stall floor tiles were stained with an orange colored bacteria. Therefore we decided not to use the shower as it didn't appear to be disinfected. The regular floor tiles inside the room had a layer of dust that you could visually see. And if you wet a piece of paper tissue and wiped the floor inside the suite, the tissue was covered in a brown, black dirt. The cleaning inside the guest rooms needs to be improved. The maids cleaning cart had no cleansers on it when we passed the cart several times in the hall. The guest room flooring should be washed and disinfected. The maid only had a broom to sweep a dusty unwashed floor. We would Not Recommend this hotel as we were disappointed in the room type and the cleaning of the guest room.
