Location was great with views of pirates Bay. Room was very clean and large enough for our 2 night stay. The property had a restaurant and Bar with great views from both although we took advantage of room service for our evening meals. Short walking distance to the tessellated pavement and the amazing beach.

The property was a little dated in parts but that did not detract from our experience. There was no breakfast served midweek in the restaurant and there was a little bit of a drive to find a local shop.

I made a mistake in my booking and I booked a room that was inappropriate for my family. I went back to reception and arranged an upgrade to a much better room. As expected I had to pay for the upgrade but we then had a very good room. It was newish and had great bedrooms. The location is also perfect if you want to visit the Tessellated Pavement. The TV didn't work but that was apparently a Telstra problem as it was cable TV. But as a positive they gave us free continental breakfast as compensation. So could not complain.

Good location, direct sea view from my window. There is free parking which was very convenient for me.

Heater in the room wasn’t working. So it was pretty cold late at night.

queen bed preferable to double

We were upgraded on arrival, and given the two bedroom apartment, which was so unexpected, but very thankful as the views spectacular. Staff very friendly and eager to help

Very close to tourist attractions & the beach. Bistro & cafe/bar have a good view of the beach/ocean. The feel of a very casual place. I like the fact that you have your own water filtration on site.

I couldn't connect to the internet, although I used your WiFi. I got a few mozzie bites during the night. That was my fault - didn't notice the can of insect spray in the room...oopps.

Staff were lovely. Position was convenient for us. Quiet too

Showers were the worst ever. No water pressure. Not enough water coming out to even create water pressure. Terrible. Would have been nice to have a bigger room or privacy curtain. Be great to have good coffee in the morning.
