The room. It was the perfect size.
We didn’t stay long enough 😂

Dejlig lejlighed. God beliggenhed. Godt med en beskrivelse til ankomsten, hvordan man kommer ind m.v.
Sengene trænger til at blive skiftet ud.
8.0
Convenience and cleanliness
There were no instructions sent of how to get into the room. No emails sent prior to arrival.
5.0
Close to everything in Knoxville. Walking distance to the main strip of Knoxville!
Terrible for people with dogs. Would not recommend unless you dog never has to go to the bathroom because you have to walk 2 miles to let it outside.
6.0
That it was right in the middle of downtown with easy access to most everything.
The bed was terribly squeaky and they didn’t take our trash several nights. I would suggest making a drop box for the gate access remote so the guests don’t have to walk back upstairs to leave it in the apartment after exiting the parking garage.

Great location. Apartment was clean, good bedding and had nice furnishings. Definitely will stay again when back in Knoxville. So much better than staying at hotel. Everything was great.
Construction in the hallways.

The property was super new and clean. It had plenty of space and nice furnishings.
The door did not have any type of deadbolt. It was an electric lock with a keypad. There was no way to secure the door or turn the keypad off so that if someone knew the code they couldn’t access the room when you were there. In addition, the lock made noises like it was being unlocked or was shorting out a handful of times every night.

The entry procedures were designed by The Riddler. Nothing was intuitive, nothing easy.
Just getting in was explained by a convoluted 6 page guide, which I had to ask for (was not automatically sent).
Footpath entrance poorly marked.
Parking instructions confusing.
The wifi password was wrong so had to guess.
The fan came with a remote that did not work.
Overall, just staying here felt like a Mensa test.

Great location. Very well equipped. Parking on site. Free coffee in the clubhouse.

The toilet was backed up, the unit was overseeing the trash dumpster, and a flood light kept going off and on every 10 seconds, but all night long. The fridge was constantly beeping, and the dishwasher flooded the kitchen.

Great location. Nice little apartment.
Bathroom sink did not drain. There were leaves/dirt on the living floor by the porch doors. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from before we got there.

Location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go!
The layout was a bit confusing. There were no signs telling you which direction rooms were. No labels for doors to parking garage as far as where you were entering or exiting. We walked up and down the hallways when we first arrived trying to find which direction our room was!
The water in the shower was warm, not hot. That was a huge let down. The sink water was hotter than the shower?!

Great location and facilities. An easy walk to UT and Neyland Stadium. Right by Market Square as well which has been great!

Location was great!
It wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived and I had to contact the property customer service several times because the cleaners didn’t show up.

Great location, spacious room, nice large kitchen. Way better than a hotel room! Thanks for the tutorial on how to get in!
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We could not find a nearby store that sold it. But the manager of the Market sold us one from their private supply for $1.
Cups in the dishwasher were not cleaned from the previous tenant.

Easy to find, walk threw, very clean
Hard to get into a gate without walking all the way around to the garage

Great location. Very comfortable and quiet.
Price gauging for UT home football game. But, to be fair, all the hotels were 5x the normal rate.

We had no way of entering the main building when we arrived at 7PM. We waited until a resident exited and was kind enough to let us in. When we entered the unit, there was no fob there which would be used to enter the garage and all the exterior doors and amenities. FOr that reason, we could not leave the building for fear that we would not be able to reenter. We canceled our dinner reservations and had pizza delivered. I spent over 1 hour on two phone calls with the 24X7 support line, but they were not able to contact anyone local to deliver the fob. They told me they would call back to let me know when we should expect delivery of the fob on Friday morning. No one ever called back. We eventually got the management office to loan us a fob. Not a good way to begin our vacation after travelling all day to get there. Also, no trash can liners, no sponge.

Nothing.
Dirty black mold in bathroom. Cop webs on balcony and filth. Master bedroom was on a major highway. Worse vacation stay ever

The location and size of rooms
The check in was challenging. I arrived at 6:30pm and there was no way in besides following another car through the gate. The signage doesn't match once inside the building, but you can figure it out. The wifi code doesn't match between the booklet and the wall sign. Use the wall sign wifi code all lowercase instead of what's printed. If you call customer service they have the wrong info and can't help you.

The master bedroom was over the highway. Even ear plugs could not drown out the constant excessively loud noise.
Location over the highway next to the high tension wires.

Loved the location and the Marble Alley staff was super helpful.
They were doing work on the floors (both on my floor and the floor above me) which was quite loud during certain parts of the day. I was working from the apartment, so it was a bit frustrating at times.

I had to call to get apartment code never received it and it was difficult to reach them and then I had to call again to get garage remote

Great location,we loved the pool and other amenities
We had to move due to our original room not being cleaned. It took over 3 hours to get someone on the phone after we found the room dirty. The next day our toilet overflowed, I put in a service request at 4pm they did not get someone out to fix it until almost 10pm and I had to call back due to no one coming out and needing a functioning bathroom. The number listed is an answering service and I couldn’t get anyone to answer or respond to an email so we had to wait until after 9 to check in due to not getting anyone on the phone. I requested compensation due to all of the inconvenience and not being able to get into room and other things and ever heard anything back.

The location to the downtown restaurants and shops was great! The apt was clean and offered a nice kitchen with all the amenities. It is a good value for the price. The apt contained all the required supplies such as towels, extra sheets, and basic items like plates, mugs and cutlery.
It was a bit inconvenient to access when you first arrive. Having to go up to the apt first to get keys then access the garage to park, but I understand the reason for this. It was hard to find the apt. They need better signage in the facility showing the apt #s. The apartment was not quite what we were expecting, and what was advertised online. We were told we would get a one bedroom apartment and we actually only got a studio. It would have been nice to know exactly what we were getting or have the option to upgrade to what we really wanted. We also did not have a nice view of the pool as we thought. We overlooked a highway and power lines, but having a small balcony was nice

The property has a nice fitness center/clubhouse and the rooms were a nice size just make sure you pick the correct one when booking I loved how it was so close to the downtown area.
They could do better with directions to get to the clubhouse, finish the flooring also try getting a different mattress for the beds and having extra towels in the rooms.

Location, clean, nice
Gave us access to the wrong unit which was occupied. Property Staff was quick to help. Booking..com was not very helpful or empathetic. Took an hour off of our plans that night and caused us to miss out on one of our planned activities. Had to go out & buy toiletries, which were finally delivered 27 hours later in gallon jugs along with 2 bottles of water because water & ice maker did not work on the refrig in the unit. Considering the price we paid, I feel like some form of compensation should be given.

The only thing was receiving an email that said parking was across the street.

location great
NO AC! after contacting the host, booking .com on many occassions, and being told a repair team would be contacted, no one ever came to repair the unit. I believe the host knew the unit did not work because there was a portable unit in the apt. and it did not work either! It is summer in the south, with no AC...not good!
thank you however to the host for compensating us with half refund.
I will be cancelling my booking .com app and never using them again! trouble all the way around with this service.
7.0
The proximity to downtown.
One of the neighbors had dogs that barked that you could hear late evening but it got quiet once they stopped.
