A characterful and comfortable property in a great location.
The microwave could do with replacing and a few more pots and pans would be helpful

The location was perfect. We went with 2 young children and it was so easy to get onto the beach. The house had lots of space to store pushchairs etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and comfortable.
The downstairs floors need a good wash.

Excellent location being right on the beach. Parking wasn’t as bad as expected; we were able to un/load down the little side street whenever we needed and on street parking is free towards the carpark. The property is really spacious considering the plot size and we found the beds really comfy too.
It needs a thorough deep clean. The entire ground floor tiling is in dire need of a steam clean - remember to take your slippers if you don’t want filthy feet! The kitchen cobwebs were also very impressive.
Would have appreciated information about the layout, notably having to access the twin room through the single room as this was awkward for family members - we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known.

location is great.
Price is top tier, some aspects of the property were not top tier. Basics like hand towels and soap in the bathroom, bread knife missing in kitchen, some aspects of the house were not the cleanest. Lino in the bathrooms and finish in some rooms poor.
