A very enjoyable stay - definitely a place we would be happy to return to. The house is very well equipped. All the amenities listed in the offer were actually available on site. The kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed, and the whole property was very clean and well maintained. Another big advantage is the privacy and sense of security – the entire property is fenced and has security in place, which makes it feel very private and safe. The biggest highlight of the house is the private heated pool. We asked for the pool heating to be turned on and everything was arranged exactly as requested. The difference with the heating on was very noticeable, and the water temperature increased to around 33°C, which made it possible to enjoy the pool comfortably even in the evenings. Even my wife, who usually avoids cooler water, was happy to swim. In my opinion, this is a huge advantage, especially for guests planning to visit outside the main season. The host also deserves a special mention – very friendly, helpful and always available by phone. We received plenty of useful advice about the area, places worth visiting and restaurants worth trying. We only stayed for a few days, but we were genuinely delighted with the place. A very well-equipped house, excellent contact with the host, privacy, security and, above all, a fantastic heated pool. We would definitely recommend it, also for stays outside the main season.

An Amazing Villa with an Unforgettable Sea View We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! The villa is the perfect place for peace, relaxation, and a real escape from everyday life. The location is wonderfully quiet, and the sea view is simply spectacular — waking up to that view every morning was one of the highlights of our stay. The pool is fantastic, perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing while enjoying the incredible surroundings. The villa itself has a beautiful, modern design, and having a private garage is a great bonus. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The villa is fully equipped, from modern electronics and appliances to everything necessary for cooking. There is also a great BBQ/grill area, which made evenings at the villa especially enjoyable. A special mention must go to Alex, the host. He is an absolutely wonderful host — friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure his guests have a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble. And then there is the sweetest and smartest little dog, who quickly became part of the experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. ❤️ The location is also excellent, with a beach and several restaurants nearby, so you can easily combine relaxing at the villa with swimming, dining, and exploring the area. Overall, this is one of those places where you immediately feel at home and start wishing you could stay longer. Beautiful villa, incredible sea view, amazing pool, complete equipment, great location, and a fantastic host. Highly recommended — we would absolutely love to come back!

The villa was luxurious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made our stay truly special. The beach was just a short walk away. We especially loved the heated pool and the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the property. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relax. Next time, we'll rent a car so that we can explore the surrounding area.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt fernab des Touristenstromes. Die Lage ist traumhaft und super ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen, nur ca.25 min vom Flughafen entfernt und perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Dank des Vermieters Alex sind wir in den 5 Tagen vollends auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Er kennt alle Spots und tollen Strände und ist extrem besorgt um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, modern und sehr sauber, es fehlt einfach an nichts (und falls doch, Alex besorgt es innerhalb kürzester Zeit:))! Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Sonne - einfach herrlich. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Keratea, ca. 8 km entfernt.
