The cleaner, but after talk to the reception make it right.

-mediocre food, not remotely 5 star
- worst reception team we ever had
- everything is a renag (e.g you want orange juice for breakfast. Sure. 5 euro extra)

House keeping and room service is nightmare ,
No taxi service is available we waited and waited for taxi service, the hotel dose not have car service or shuttle. Very disappointing when u had to wait over 90 minutes for taxi ,,.. their Noway u can go walking .
The management needs to figure it out.

Highly recommended to Stay. Very beautiful hotel, room, restaurant and staff. The view of the resort is impeccable.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. Thanks to the Staff for taking care of us. An address to recommend, that's for sure. We will come back.
