Lavender Inn Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for proximity to the airport. The metro is about 10 mins walk from the hotel, just 3 stops to the airport at Arnavutköy Hastane. The greeting from the staff was very friendly and they spoke excellent English. The room is a decent size for a couple of days and is very clean, an excellent shower and nice and quiet and well priced. The town itself is not at all like downtown Istanbul and is very much geared to the local economy. We had an excellent coffee at Laos Coffee just down the road. Second time we've stayed here and great for a late of very early flight (ours was 2.00am!)

Die Lage ist sehr gut für eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe. . Das Bett bequem und ausreichend groß. Es gibt Wasser im Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer ist relativ geräumig für hiesige Verhältnisse. WLAN funktioniert problemlos. Die Metrostation ist ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption sprach fließend Englisch und war sehr hilfreich.

Grausame Kissen, prall gefüllt, darauf kann man nicht schlafen, Halsweh ist vorprogrammiert. Das Frühstück ist auf das absolute Minimum reduziert, jedoch für die Preisklasse in Ordnung, es gibt schwarzen Tee dazu, Kaffee gegen Bezahlung. Serviert wird nach 8:30, was für viele Besucher reichlich spät ist.

I would recommend staying here for an overlay or something. The breakfast is brought to the room and that was very helpful. It’s a small scale hotel with friendly staff. I was busy working and stayed in so for me it was just the room that was necessary.

It could have a spa or something like a fitness for a long stay. But they do offer massages which I didn’t book. It’s 45 min from Beyoğlu.

The hotel locates in walking distance (20-25 min) from metro station Arnavutkoy in 2 stops from Istanbul Airport. To go to the city center you need to change metro line and the time is more than 1 hour. The room and bathroom had all basic amentities including kettler and minibar. There are many supermarkets near the hotel. The staff was helpful.

My room had no windows at all. A very basic breakfast is provided in a cafe in the hotel building, The TV programms were all in Turkish language but WiFi was good
