This home is a perfect location for a relaxing stay in Nokomis. The home is a "split", meaning that each side has a private enclosed bedroom and bathroom with the kitchen/dining, living room and enclosed porch in the center. It's fantastic for having guests. It has a large private backyard and a large garage with beach stuff (Chairs, towels, umbrella, etc), a top of the line washer/dryer, storage and even a bathhroom/shower. It's a short walk to a park with water access as well as Nokomis beach. The kitchen has everything you would need. It's a very spacious and quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife roaming around (No alligators) and lots bird species. Gina is a fantastic host and does everything possible to make you stay perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay there.
