The bed was comfortable and the house is located close to the beach. However, There were no lamps and the overhead lighting had to be turned on by a chain, which was not reachable in most rooms. There were ants in the bathroom. Would prefer a Keurig coffee pot. I carry my decaf pods and only have one cup a day. Did not have the need for a pot of coffee, purchasing it and filters. Shower heads were horrible. They sprayed everywhere except on your body. Keypad on the front door was old and not well lit, needed additional light at night to see the buttons. Ice maker doesn't work, so we had no ice. Bathroom shade in the master did not come all the way down. Was great that it was pet friendly, but the grass was weeds with stickers and "stick tights" which covered our dogs fur. Television could only be used if you had a YouTube TV subscription which we do but not everyone does. The television in the master had a cord dangling down from it and then you had to step on or walk over the cord on the floor. (Could be a safety hazard) The chest of drawers in the master had a drawer that fell out when it was opened. Part of the fence in the front yard had fallen down into the yard. Although the neighborhood was older, we felt safe. Unfortunately, some of the neighbors who have big dogs let their dogs run free and we had to grab our little dog and pick her up as one of the big dogs ran toward her and scared her. Otherwise, the house was comfortable.

Location was the primary reason we chose this home as there is not alot in Hobe Sound. I think this would be a better value if some of my suggestions were taken, but for now over $300 is too much for this listing it should be half of that. Manager is responsive so that is good. House is dog friendly but there is one fence on the side which is falling down rest of yard is not fences in. House was “ clean “ yet very dusty , the master furniture fronts and tops all dusty. The hall toilet had been used and not flushed on arrival. Kitchen drawers random contents. A prior review stated there were no nightstands but one was added near each bed. The king bed had a basket turned upside down for a second one. Many lightbulbs missing ( master vanity 2 missing) others out in ceiling fans. Most lights on house are just ceiling fan lights no can lights on ceilings Towels clean but very old. Same with some bedding. The main living room doesn’t even have a coffee table to lay your coffee cup. A large box was also left hidden under the main curtains during our stay instead of stored somewhere else. My main suggestions are this house needs a refresh if this fee is going to be used or cut the fee in half because the price was way too high for the value currently. IMHO.

Perfect home for a trip with coworkers. The home has essentially three separate suites opening to a common kitchen, family room, dining space. Easy and accommodating communication with owners.

The house is as advertised. Clean and roomy.

This property was immaculate and perfect for our needs. Although we didn't do any cooking on this trip, the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner were amply provided. The house was roomy and included 3 tvs and solid wi fi. All the beds were comfortable but the bedrooms lacked night stands and table lamps. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed but it's a good clean option for a short stay in Hobe Sound.
