It was a nice area but we had an issue with being bitten by bed bugs and spiders. For the price I paid that should not be an issue. We tried to use the grill but only one burner would light and it didn’t get hot enough to cook anything. We were very disappointed with the issues we had and will not recommend it to others or return.☹️

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic + necessities and the location was excellent 5 min to the beach and close to all attractions and restaurants . Very comfortable for our family of 8 people. Host was willing to help with all aspects of the stay. Thank you

We stayed here for a few days before a cruise but enjoyed it so much we may come back just to explore the Coco Beach area some more! The location was outstanding with a short walk to the beach and plenty of local amenities. The house has ample space with 4 real bedrooms making it perfect for 4 couples. The extra room had 2 futons which would be perfect for kids. Well appointed open kitchen and great room which meant everyone could be together without crowding. Backyard with the pool (a little chilly in December) and a flat top grill that made cooking for a crowd a pleasure. Overall, an easy in and out. Host was responsive to any questions, check in/check out was a breeze.

We loved everything about the house but the pool was cold and there wasn’t a hot tub as listed in the description.

We stayed just overnight to get on a cruise ship the next day. The property was so beautiful everyone was will to skip the cruise and just stay at the house! Thanks for having us!

We had a great time on our Florida Beach Trip and this house was a great part of that. It is a great floor plan with something for everyone in our group. We all loved the pool and grill area. It was only a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and welll equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Mia, the owner, was very responsive and a wonderful host.

The house was great and the pool was even better!! Very short walk to the beach. The pier is close as well. All food places are within 10 minutes. Communication with owner was fast. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful hope with plenty of space! Mia was a wonderful host and was always available for our needs. The house was well stocked with the bare necessities you wouldn’t think you would find. My family and I loved the closeness to the beach as well as the private pool. Overall a wonderful place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

The home is recently renovated, and the one Master King bedroom and bath are very nice. The description mentioned 2 King beds and there was only one, all others were Queens. The children loved the playroom which also served as a bedroom. It did require moving the sleeping grandchild from one room to another (play/game room) when the parents were ready for bed. The bedroom with a pack and play for the baby was a nice section of space for privacy. The extra table and sitting area weren't used. It would have been nicer to be able to have the baby in a separate area to provide better sleep for parents. Location was great for access to Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed watching rocket launches from the beach! Kitchen was well stocked. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, little ants that even with spray that was available didn't eliminate the problem. Appliances were very nice and up to date and laundry room provided nice space for storage. Pool and beach toys/items were helpful and enjoyed. Bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen by door to pool has no noise insulation. Once others are awake and moving in the morning, you're awake. Beds were comfortable according to everyone and the children loved the home. Grill out back is a griddle and works fine for hamburgers, not so well for other cuts of meat. Contacted manager about noise from alarm/door system and they were helpful. The home is fully monitored.

This house was perfect for my family with included 6 adults and 4 children!! We all enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities. The location couldn't have been more perfect from the beach (a quick drive). Would highly recommend and would stay here again if/when in the area!

This property was fabulous! Easy, convenient walk to the beach, comfortable beach chairs, umbrella and wagon available for use. The house is roomy, beds were comfortable, easy check in. We really enjoyed the pool area and grill. The host responded quickly to any questions, she was great to work with. The house is really well stocked, beach towels, spices, garbage bags etc. We had 10 adults and 1 10 year old. The house worked well for us. I highly recommend this house!

We had a great time celebrating my fiancé’s birthday here! The beach is a short walk and the rental had a beach cart that was super helpful. In the afternoon, we swam in the pool and used the grill for dinner. The place is well decorated, remodeled, and very clean. We will definitely rent here again!

Thank you so much to the host Mia pham that have been help us with all the question prior and during our stay! It’s one of our best vacation ever. The house have everything we need and enjoy from short walking distance to the beach to the cleanest of the house with everything we need. The pool is huge and great. We enjoyed the out side area with perfect BBQ party spot. The house have a lot of beach chair and umbrella for the beach. The owner of the house have been taken care of the house very well and have everything prepared for our stay. Everything is so comfortable to us , even the out side walking sandals that they have… we will come back!

The property was perfect for our family and my siblings family. We enjoyed the stay and was easy to get to the cruise port. Just a short walk to beach and the pool was awesome!

The property was everything the ad said. Great amenties, owner very responsive, 3 minute walk to the beach. House had everything you needed. Decor was done very well. Beautiful pool. Bathrooms were great, very clean. Great experience overall. We will be back and we'll be telling all of our friends.
