Leider hatte der Service im Hotel nicht geklappt z.b keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer mussten uns selbst helfen Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert auch da das Personal nicht geholfen Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert und auch da keine Hilfe beim Frühstück keine Butter vorhanden für drei Tage kein Zucker gehabt das Personal war es nach meinem Verständnis nicht interessiert an einem guten Service

location is great. just far enough from the tourists and close enough to the central train station with the tram a few steps from the hotel. Some of the rooms have accessible bathrooms which I don't think I saw as a room type but something good to know. staff is very nice and helpful. there were things that weren't fixed on time while i was there but they tried and were punctual with their updates so I can't blame them.

all of the larger rooms (double twin beds) available on booking dot com are facing the main street South which is noisy especially with car traffic hitting the tram tracks. don't book those if you're a light sleeper. Don't worry about being next to the elevator it doesn't make any noise (unlike people getting in and out) this hotel being eco-friendly (which is great) all the light bulbs in the room are very dim with the exception of the bathroom. be careful when getting out of the hotel, the sidewalk is very narrow and the bike lane is less than a meter away. i almost got hit many times. i inquired about the bike rentals but it sounded a bit too complicated with QR code to scan accounts to open. they also don't take cash payments for it as the whole establishment is cash free. I wish it was like the Netherlands where you pay at the lobby and you choose a bike.
