We had a perfect stay at the Cozy House and Pool Airport! We're a couple who are staying in Koh Samui long term, and wanted to find a place that would allow us to settle in to the island life. We're so glad that we found this place. The apartment is clean, and tidy. It has pretty much everything you need, and if there's anything missing the host will sort it out ASAP. We needed an iron, and it was delivered to us within the hour. Also I needed a residence certificate, and the host sorted it next day. The location is excellent, very quiet area with nice neighbours. The Amba spa is literally around the corner. It's close to bars and shops (5 min walk), Chaweng/Banyan markets (15 mins walk), Chaweng beach and Central Festival Samui Mall (25 mins walk). The best way around the island is via car or motorcycle, but if you just want to walk it's very doable. We didn't try the pool facilities, but they looked good, and the neighbours used them daily.

The room was very clean and had cleaning and cooking supplies. The pillows were really comfortable and there was a seating area outside the door where I really enjoyed seating and drinking coffee in the morning. And the owner was really nice and considerate.

On booking it said the place allows pets but when we told the owner we are coming with a service dog he said that pets were not allowed, so if you're traveling with an animal pay attention to that... The pool is right next to the road and the entrance to the rooms and it's a bit uncomfortable
