We enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to the beach. (However, it states you can see the ocean from Nubble's Hideaway. You can not,) There are a lot of nice things, but the things that came up, really deterred from our stay.

*No ocean view, *the parking area and stairs is not lit, in a very dark space. Someone came one day to fix one outside light, it worked for only one night. It is otherwise unacceptably dark in the area designated, *I locked the screen door and main door our first night. The screen door was not properly aligned with the frame. We called Vacasa and local maintenance, we were LOCKED inside because the screen door would not unbolt. Maintenance (Donna) provided an alternate way to exit the apartment. *The handle in the shower came loose and we could not turn on the water to shower. *I had to mop the bathroom floor, it was sticky and hairy. There are other things regarding cleanliness. A futon is extremely uncomfortable. Someone needs to look for themselves. Unfortunately, we would not go back. This was our first time using Vacasa and relying on their info. Online bad reviews have been taken down for this unit. It was an unacceptable first impression.
