Alojamiento con perfecta relación calidad precio para alojarse en Santo Domingo, acogedor limpio con aire acondicionado desayuno completo y seguridad 24h. Puedes ir caminando hasta el centro desde allí y sino el Uber es muy económico unos 2$. Personal muy amable. Repetiremos seguro

El agua de la ducha es siempre o casi siempre fría

I like that it looked like on the pictures. I saw some comments on hot water, but there were absolutely no issues with it, nor with AC. I would probably hesitate in booking again, cause of the bed experience, if it was fixed I would take it with no hesitation.

The bed in our room was extremely squeaky- to the level we couldn't move at all while sleeping if one moved, they would wake themselves and the other person. The bed definitely needs to be fixed - the mattress itself was comfortable, but the bed frame needs to be fixed or replaced with a simpler frame. Breakfast - was supposed to start at 8, the person who is making breakfast arrived at 9 AM, and the breakfast itself wasn't good. We chose the toast, but the cheese used it in was very questionable, and ended up not eating it. The coffee was good though :) You can skip the breakfast always.
