Staff were friendly and always helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for our needs.
Room was extremely small - no space to put our suitcases and no comfortable chairs to relax.

Breakfast self service laundry and daily samples of hair and skin products made this a great stay and abundance of good restaurants within easy walk. Rooms were very clean although quite small. Very good value for the price

Good value for money, and the connecting rooms are a great feature.
The female staff member who checked us in (at around 4:45–4:50 PM) had a very poor attitude. We don’t speak Japanese, but instead of trying to help, she repeatedly said, “OK? OK?” in an impatient manner. She also almost threw the instruction sheet toward me instead of handing it to me politely. It made us feel unwelcome and left a very disappointing first impression.

"Wir waren dort nur den letzten Tag vor dem Heimflug. Dafür war das Hotel perfekt:
- Nah an der Monorail, für einfache Flughafen Anreise
- In der Heiße Quelle direkt im Hotel, konnte man noch mal gut..."
