Sinai Hotel

I’m gonna submit a detailed review to help out anyone else considering staying here! :) I stayed here on 03/10/2026. My first observation was that; •It didn’t LOOK like a hotel from the outside. •When going in, they had a small reception. •Clear renovations were happening. •The staff were friendly! •The hotel manager is an absolutely wonderful man; very friendly, helpful. I am a disabled woman, I can only walk short distances. He was kind and accommodating and helped me take my wheelchair upstairs as it’s not wheelchair accessible (I have a folding Invacare wheelchair to be specific.) •He also helped me bring it back down when i was leaving to go home. •He offered to, and safely look me to the concert I was going to at no charge which i did not expect which was lovely and helped me out a great deal as it meant minimal walking; Wembley isn’t exactly wheelchair accommodating when you don’t have accessible tickets as they’re limited. •He did not mind potentially taking me elsewhere. he also did not mind me ordering food so late in the evening as i had not eaten all day due to adrenaline and concert. •The bed was comfortable enough, and the pillows were super cozy. It’s a family run hotel. And the hotel owner / manager was super upfront about this!

My rating for the hotel is high; the only nitpicks i HONESTLY had, were: •The bathroom; the mirror ledge below it was somewhat falling off, same with the toilet roll holder. •I won’t comment on the shower as I didn’t use it. But the shower WAS clean. All floors were clean as well. •The bathroom door didn’t close properly so i had to lock and unlock from the outside so the door would close when i wasn’t in it (I have a fear of open doors facing me when I’m trying to be / am asleep. •The noise in the area is a pretty high level, so i would suggest closing windows at night, BUT there is no AC or any sort of fans in place, having an open window doesn’t help with how warm i find it; but i also have conditions that make me more sensitive to temperature. So i would recommend bringing a small octopus fan!! amazon for £9.99 to £15.99! -The walls had MINOR staining behind the bed, and some in view, but this wasn’t a major issue. The place is under renovation regardless.

Location was properly central. There was double glazing to help with the street noise, and the whole place felt airy thanks to lovely high ceilings. It was spotlessly clean, though a little old-fashioned. The coffee machine was a nice touch.

Hot water takes a long time to come up for the shower. Fine to wait, but it felt very wasteful after the summer we've had.
