Guest House La Civière d'or

Everything was great at this hotel. Very clean, the staff were nice and friendly. It has all the amenities of a hotel room. They storage your luggage if you arrive before the check in and after check out. But the best thing is the view!!!

It doesn’t have elevator, but totally understandable since is an old building. No complaints!

Die Lage war absolut grandios, wir konnten direkt auf das Getümmel auf dem Marktplatz und den, abends noch dazu wundervoll beleuchteten, Belfort (Turm) schauen.

Ein Kleiderschrank und ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer (heute in den meisten Hotels Standard) wäre schön gewesen.

Incredible rude staff, we didn't read all the reviews before going, but it is true what people say, we arrived and waited nearly 20 minutes in the restaurant for the waiter to check us in, while 4 other waiters were standing up, not doing anything. We spoke 3 times to them, even with the manager/owner and the answer was always the same, very rude attitude and that we needed to keep waiting. Wait for what? When you have 3 more guys doing anything, delegate and don't keep your guests waiting. The shower handle was basically a nail put into it, the sun shades are hanging from the ceiling with a rope and they don't fully cover the sun. The back rooms are located next to the AC units and it's very loud. In the bathroom the windows goes all the way down to the toilet height and the neighbours can see you unless you put down the sun shade and you live in darkness. You can't lock your room from the inside and anyone can enter. We had to move the hunger to block the door and somehow feel safe.
