Hathor House

Excellent property in Downtown Cairo Lovely staff, over & above! Easy access by elevator inside the building. Great location. Good spacious room & breakfast room. Basic breakfast served, good to get you going. Uber pick ups at the kerb which were safer for us than trying to cross roads in Cairo. On street with mostly ladies dress shops & a good kebab place. Great value for money, way better than expected. 24 hour reception.

It’s a good base to explore Cairo, but sadly it’s not very walkable as the traffic is heavy. Could hear toots in the evening but no problem, surprisingly quiet in the mornings.

Nice people and excellent location

Na

I stayed in different hotels in Cairo but this hotel... I must come back as it became my second home in Cairo. Staff, room, breakfast, location and facilities all amazing and great value for money. Sama and Thomas, thank you for all the support during my stay (sorry for the endless orders on talabaat) I felt very safe and comfortable. Shout out to the 2 strong ladies who always prepared delicious breakfast and helped me with the luggage! Shukran!! I highly recommend Hathor to everybody but especially to solo female travellers.
