The property was complete with provisions and communication was very easy as host replied immediately and provided us assistance in all queries and requests. They also allowed us to extend for free plus storage for luggage.

Great place to stay! We had an excellent time, the hosts are friendly people. The location and the place are excellent. If we come back to this amazing city, we will definitely book this place again. 100% recommended

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Nothing as we didn’t have chance to stay at the original property as there were full of small flies inside as soon as we entered. After we complained, we were given another temporary accommodation further away resulting us to spend unnecessary time and jeopardise our original plan for the evening.

The original property should have been checked before it was given to us. The property looked ok but because of the infestation of small flies inside the property, it was disgusting, and formed an uncomfortable environment as no one will like to or accept to stay in an uninhabitable place. We were offered another flat for 2 days (our booking period of stay was 4 days) and we were asked to return to our original accommodation after they cleaned it. However, they said there was no guarantee of the avoidance of using pest insecticides and chemicals (bug sprays) to eliminate the flies. Due to this, we were concerned about the solution and its affect on our health, resulting in respiratory problems and health risks. We felt it would not have been ideal to return yet they insisted us to return despite raising those concerns. Fortunately for us, we complained to booking.com and they intervened, resolving the issue by shortening the stay with the host to 2 days and arranged the refund to be processed for the remaining intended stay (the remaining two days).
