Location was great, easy to manage everything on the property. Would not consider the rental luxury but was good for us as we were looking for a secluded, simple getaway from the city

Could have been a bit cleaner and some kitchen amenities, we ended up going to the store for things like tin foil or pans

I love how close to everything it was!! Very clean. Had all the necessities such as towels, extra blankets, appliances.

Internet could be better but definitely not a huge deal. It’s just the ONLY thing I didn’t like haha.

The location was awesome. We had tassel eared squirrels collecting nuts from the trees in the yard, we saw mule deer passing through the property, and we heard coyotes howling at night. Also, it was incredibly quiet with almost no traffic. The house was warm and comfortable, just as advertised.

Safety first...a handrail and rubber traction steps should be added to the interior stairs. However, the biggest problem was the internet. It was fine in the day, but unusable at night. Since the TV ran on the internet, there was no TV at night. Not the end of the world, but unexpected. I'd recommend switching to Starlink. You could also alleviate the situation by pulling the entertainment devices from behind the TV. I'd recommend hiring a professional to redo the whole entertainment center (mounting the TV on the wall, hiding the wires, providing easy connections for traveller devices, etc.) Lastly, providing some family friendly DVDs could be somebody's last resort.

Loved the location

The Wi-Fi was the most frustrating part. We wanted to watch movies with our kids at night and the wife would not work both nights . That was pretty frustrating . One toilet also didn’t work so made it a little inconvenient. We loved the location.

The location was nice and quiet with beautiful views of the stars at night. We were close enough to the main road where restaurants and services were available but far enough away that we felt we were staying in the forest.

There were no kitchen towels to dry dishes and it didn't seem that the carpets had been fully vacuumed before we arrived. Also, some of the bathroom towels were stained. In addition the trash bin was not available as it was in the locked garage and was completely full.

It was clean and neat. The place was as described great. When we couldn't get the Wyfi to work they did answer my text messages promptly.

NO WYFI like advertised. We could not get it to work. Not even spotty wifi. Happy there was a coffee pot. It would be nice to have filters to match. Light bulbs are out in the kitchen, dining room and upstairs bedroom.
