Location - Convenient to walk to Gaya Street. Many restaurants and a 24 hours Korean convenient store at downstairs and also luggage storage and luggage transfer service to airport at Unit 3-60 Level 3 (EZHantar).
The house is cozy and clean to stay, with fully equipped kitchen and utensils.
Beautiful panorama view at Floor 32 and the big swimming pool. And love the greenery view from the living room.
Helpful and friendly owner when communicating.
Just little things if you are light sleeper, the noise outside from the heavy traffic and cars passing by. Also the air cond compressor is next to the 2nd room.
The crowded lift especially during check out time.

Location and view were perfect
Key collection located at 32nd floor, too far up unlike most condo at ground level.
No residential parking, charging at RM3 first 2 hours and RM1 subsequent hour. Some discount would be great if not complimentary.
Need better quality batteries for AC & Fan remote control ..
