The location of the property is great, close to the Agia Anna beach, to restaurants and bus stop. The staff and owner were really nice and accommodating, helpful with our checkin and checkout times. The building is nice, the garden with roses, lemon trees, and hibiscus, a pleasure, the apartment large and comfortable, with lots of room in the wardrobe and drawers. The terrace is very cosy. The AC works well, so does the hair drier. Kiki, the owner, is very kind, she brought us fresh, delicious rolls (buns) every morning, and a box of fresh eggs were waiting for us in the fridge.

The kitchen area and cabinets could use an update and be cleaner. The bathroom is a bit small, and there are no hooks to hang clothes and towels. Also, it would be useful to have a mop there, to dry the floor after shower.

Der Strand Agia Ana ist fußläufig erreichbar, Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, Schöner Balkon/Veranda zum entspannen, wir haben uns sehr über den täglich Brötchen Service gefreut, Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Shower curtain can use an upgrade as it was a bit too short, and water was coming out on the floor

The property is located near one of the best beaches we visited on the island, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was nice and helpful throughout our stay. One evening, while we were playing some games outside and got a little noisy, they kindly let us know that we were disturbing the surroundings, so we moved our games indoors. After that, there were no further issues or complaints, even though we may have occasionally made some noise.

We were expecting two separate bedrooms, but the accommodation consisted of one bedroom and a living room with two beds. The living room is also the only access to the bathroom and kitchenette, meaning that anyone staying in the bedroom has to pass through the other couple’s sleeping area to use them. As we were two couples, one of them travelling with a 4-year-old child, this arrangement offered very little privacy. The beds in the living room were extremely uncomfortable, with mattresses that were very hard and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and barely worked during our stay. Mobile phone reception in the accommodation was also very limited. Regarding cleanliness, the higher surfaces had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. We wanted to place some clothes on top of the only wardrobe available for five people, but found a noticeable layer of dust there.
