Gianiculum apartment
Gemütliche Wohnung im Gianicolo-Viertel (dem Hügel oberhalb von Trastevere). Eines der prestigeträchtigsten Viertel Roms, 5 Gehminuten vom Park der Villa Pamphili, 1 km vom Zentrum von Trastevere und 15 Minuten mit dem Bus von der Piazza Venezia entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit Aufzug und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und einem Badezimmer. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch eine 16 m2 große Terrasse. wo Sie im Sommer nach einem langen Wandertag entspannen können. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage und doppelt verglasten Fenstern der neuesten Generation ausgestattet.
Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und privat, abseits vom Lärm des historischen Zentrums, aber leicht erreichbar.

Excellent accommodation in Trastevere, Rome. From the moment the booking was complete, the owner Arturo was very communicative and helpful, sending all the relevant information on a variety of topics ranging from food options in the neighborhood, must see attractions to visit but also safety and local grocery shopping (2-minute walk from the apartment). The apartment is spacious for two or three people traveling together and the two bedrooms are large and have both air conditioner, which was a blessing in the scorching Rome heat! The apartment also has access to a washing machine, which comes in handy if you have been on the road for more than a week! The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walking from the heart of Trastevere. It is located outside the historic center of Rome, so travelers should know that they will need to either walk or take transport to get around. This was not an issue in our case and we appreciated being in a quiet part of Rome. Would definitely stay there again!

Our experience with this property was wonderful. Prior to our arrival, Arturo provided us with so much information about Rome and the area where we were staying that we were able to make plans to see many of the sites. The house was clean and easily accessible, close to Trastevere to walk or ride by bus. This is the place to be if you want to avoid the hotels and want to be a part of the city. Thank you, Arturo, for your hospitality and availability. We would definitely consider your location if we get a chance to visit again.
