Es gibt praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto entweder stehen lassen und die 5 Minuten hierher laufen kannst: Smith Mountain Lake. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und fährst die 4 Minuten zu dieser Sehenswürdigkeit: Hickory Hill Vineyards.

Sobald du zurückkehrst, kannst du die frische Luft voll auskosten und die Terrasse oder den Patio sowie den Grill nutzen. Wenn du genug Frischluft getankt hast, gibt es dank Internetzugang und Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, wie du auch drinnen deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

In diesem Feriendomizil erwarten dich 4 Schlafzimmer, 2.5 Badezimmer, ein Kamin und Klimaanlage. In der Küche gibt es eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Mikrowelle, Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck und einen Toaster. Und da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt, brauchst du nicht so viele Klamotten mitzunehmen und kannst so mit leichterem Gepäck reisen.

It was so fun and relaxing at the lake! It was a quiet area with beautiful views. The house was a cute antique styled “cottage”. The kids enjoyed swimming (we brought our own inner tubes and floats). It worked well for our family and we were able to enjoy the space. Communication with the manager was also great! Would definitely recommend!

Loved the old school vibe. View was fabulous. Loved the boat dock. This house was well equipped with everything needed. Both sets of stairs were a bit treacherous - but we managed! Home was as described - except for the beds and bath- (only 1 shower, 1 bathtub). I was also unaware there was a king bed on this property- and we did not bring sheets for that one. I hope this property is updated with actual beds and needed bedding. I will definitely come back with more friends!

We had a group including my family of three, my wife’s two sisters and their significant others. We had tons of room to spread out and loved relaxing on the large deck with lake views and the floating dock provided hours of fun swimming in the lake and catching small fish off the dock. I brought my 21’ Pontoon which tied up nicely to the dock cleats! The cove is nice and quiet and doesn’t receive tons of wakes in the little corner. The king bed in the basement was comfortable! I slept great every night. It’s clear this house has been very loved and cared for in its lifetime! Pro tip: there’s a table that folds down from the wall (above and next to the couch) that’s perfect for setting up a food buffet!

The check-in was easy and the air conditioning worked well. The cleaning was done quickly because the crew failed to show up. We found shorts, underwear, and a half drunk can of Red Bull in the loft. The living area doesn’t accommodate 8 people. The kitchen appliances appear to be new. Steps up to the loft and to the downstairs are treacherous. There are many steps down to the dock that need to be disclosed. We left a day early.
