The location, space, and the balcony
Kitchen was missing hand towels. Thee was little coffee and old tea. The bathroom could use a bath mat.
The bed mattress was on a slope. We tried to upright it and then was how dirty it was underneath.
Communication re arrival times and departure was poor. I had asked to arrive for 3, as was the normal arrival time. I didn't get any code until about 4 pm. Departure time said 11- 12 pm. The space was already being cleaned at 11 am.
