Perfect location, plush furniture and super comfortable bed, great shower. Now the bit that might put you off, the pub is literally 10 yards away and the noise from there could be heard inside the property,it was December and no one was sat outside, on a summers night I can imaging you would probably think you were sat in the pub.

Only criticism is the lack of a full length mirror. A microwave would have been useful (rather than an oven)

The house was lovely with modern furnishings and decoration. Everything was top quality and new. Parking was a bonus. The Black Swan pub is close to the property but we were not disturbed by any noise and used the pub ourselves. We extended our stay as we noted the date we were supposed to leave was available

Excellent property, with all mod. cons.and situated in City centre. We were there for a wedding and were able to walk to the church. Lots of restaurants also within walking distance. Visited the Cathedral which is close to the property and is quite beautiful and steeped in history dating back to the 600s.

Our only concern was the local pub opposite our property which was very noisy on Saturday night. It had flashing lights and karaoke blasting out into the early hours of Sunday morning (12.45am)!!!! We would use the property again but avoid a Saturday night stay.

Amazing place would definitely stay again, probably not in the summer when the pub opposite is in full swing and would want windows open as could be very noisy. No trouble from the pub just gets very busy.

Modern, finished to a high standard, nicely equipped. Good location- handy to walk to the centre of Ripon and drive round Yorkshire.

Next to a pub so noisy on evenings when they had karaoke. Would have found oven gloves useful. No microwave.
