Good location

I booked for 2 weeks,th host is irresponsible,i have pm her few weeks ago i will arrive 7-8am,i know i can only check in after 12,i totally understand so i ask her can i put the luggage at the concierge, she responded yes,but when the day i arrived i just realised there is no concierge so i have to look after my luggage for 5 hours at the lobby, she can just tell me earlier so i dont need to bring my luggage with me,or just send someone to pick up the luggage, she is wasting my time. A lots of furniture in the room are broken the table lamp, bedside lamp, door, drawer. I ask the person who brought me to the room,he said he will come to clean the room after a week but he didn't come,i asked for the slippers,he didn't give it to me,they didn't tell me what should i do during checkout. It just the worst apartment experience i ever had in my life
