we went early so caravan wasn’t cleaned , the cleaner came and everything was good after that kids enjoyed themselves, would go again definitely.

it said we could get in the property at 2pm but wasn’t ready

This is very much a budget caravan but perfect for our little dog walking holiday. The van is in a great location on camp and close to some lovely dog walks. We walked from here to Scarborough which was lovely. The living room is spacious and well equipped.

The single room mattresses are uncomfortable and could do to be updated. From the outside the van could do with some tlc, but honestly it was ideal for what we needed. Unfortunately there’s some damage to the van from over time, such as cushions on the sofa are worn and some damage to one of the doors to the bathroom.

I liked the location of the caravan in relation to the entrance and facilities. I liked the comfy double bed. The entertainment was brilliant, the entertainment park staff were really helpful.

The caravan could do with a good clean. There were items of footwear in a cupboard in the entrance area and the cutlery drawer and overhead cupboards were unclean, crumbs in the cutlery and glasses stuck to the shelf. 2 door shelves in the small undercount fridge were broken (which I reported asap) the main toilet leaked onto the floor and out through the hole leading outside. The shower head doesn't fit safely into the overhead holder and fell and hit my granddaughters numerous times over the stay while they used the appliance. In the end I just held the shower over them. Minimal utensils to use to cook with Although the cooker and microwave work perfectly.

Good location had lots to do

Was very run down had broken doors wasn’t very clean and beds was uncomfortable
