The convenience is unbeatable. • The Renovation: The guest rooms on floors 2 and 3 are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clearly designed with care. • The Terrace: The top-floor terrace is a lovely feature, though it's worth noting you will have to carry your morning coffee up four flights of stairs from the kitchen to enjoy it!

Things for Future Guests to Consider (and Constructive Feedback for the Host) • Summer Temperatures: We visited in June, and because the home doesn't have air conditioning, it became quite uncomfortable. The provided fans weren't quite enough for a summer stay, and the top-floor room (which features a pull-out sofa—fine for my son and daughter, but perhaps not for adults) got so warm we had to consolidate sleeping arrangements downstairs. I imagine the home is perfectly comfortable from October through April, but summer travelers should be prepared. • Wi-Fi Connectivity: The router is located on the ground floor, and the signal doesn't reach the upper levels. Because the ground-floor living room doesn't get much natural light, it wasn't our favorite place to congregate, making the Wi-Fi limitation a bit inconvenient. A simple mesh Wi-Fi extender would easily solve this for future guests. • Property Management: While Cadenzalux was incredibly prompt and responsive when we inquired about booking additional properties to extend our stay, we struggled to get support for in-house issues.
