Stayed 2 nights with family for a small birthday celebration. The home was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. We kept ourselves busy with all the fun games they had and there was plenty of dishes/pans which made our stay a lot easier. The location is so convenient too! Very satisfied and pleased with our stay. Thank you so much Michael and Kathy!

We really liked this place! Lots of room to spread out, fun things to do in the house and VERY VERY clean. There were a couple of details I really appreciated: Black hand towels for makeup, plenty of towels, stocked showers, and best of all, the LEAST amount of checkout work we've ever had. Super appreciated! Would totally book again.

Family had a fantastic stay at this rental house! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The house itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area or hop over to the store. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you to the hosts for making our trip so enjoyable!

House looks newly remodeled with nice furnishings. Thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need. Beds had both soft and hard pillows. House was very clean. Both the kids and the grown-ups loved the games available to play. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to the area.

We felt right at home during our stay here. It's been lived in but still has a clean and comfy feel to it. This is a great place to spend some time and relax. Close enough to the downtown entertainment but also far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The home is equipped with TVs, a music box, foozeball, and yard games... but we especially enjoyed setting up board games in the large dining area. Very friendly interaction with the VRBO hosts. They offered some good suggestions on local dining and events. We'd certainly recommend this home! It's ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy the Reno area with a little stay at home time mixed in as well.
