The views in this home can’t be beat! The home was brand new, large, beautifully built. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you would need even for large crowds. The appliances were some like I’ve never seen. We spent NYE weekend there and loved it. Right on the beach, it was a little warmer so we were able to take advantage of this to walk on beach-would love to go back in summer. If the home had a hot tub and/or pool-it would make it even better! But definitely would recommend the stay here!

We stayed here in the fall for a lacrosse tournament. House is amazingly well appointed. New appliances, plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and you can't beat the view. Kids ventured into the ocean. Would 100% recommend and will stay again!Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We were a family of 9 (5 adults/4 kids) who stayed late August. This house is brand new and simply amazing. You cannot beat the views from the kitchen, screened-in porches and 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We usually pack our lunch for the beach but ended up eating on the porch every day because we still felt like we were on the beach. The house is as well stocked as any "regular" home - down to a salad spinner! You will not need to take anything along with you for the kitchen. We typically stay in Lewes but I think this house has fully sold us on Broadkill Beach. The beach is clean and quiet and uncrowded. The calm waves are perfect for kids and provide a relaxing soundscape. Thank you to the owners for creating a perfect vacation home!
