The staff were incredibly friendly and available at all times. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit and fresh juice. The hostel is in a great location, close to the bus terminal and central restaurants. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot.

The bathroom floor got very wet after showering. It would benefit from a lip around the base of the shower or a mat on the floor.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and the location is perfect. Breakfast is adequate. Ask for a room that isn't street facing.

This was the worst hostel I stayed in in Bolivia by far and the most expensive too. Nothing in the room is where you need it. One of the mattresses was hollow, nothing inside. The central heating is controlled by the staff and is ineffective, not just in the bedrooms, everyone was wearing coats and hats to breakfast! But it was the bathroom that really lowered my score., the position of the street facing windows next to the shower and toilet means exposing yourself every time you use them. Some attempts have been made to obscure the lower portion of the window which is a few inches from the toilet but you still have to pull your trousers up whilst hovering an inch over the bowl. Even so I prefer not to see the face of a lorry driver just outside, as I am sitting on the loo!
