This is absolutely amazing place to stay and relax. We were with two kids (8,and 5 years old). First of all - no tv at all! Kids disappointed but parents happy :) instead - a lot of books, staying out on fresh air close to the nature without being scare that some car will pass through and I need to be careful. They could play outside alone (there is a small mobile playground) and I do not need to worry that something will happen. I felt like I was visiting my family on the countryside. Amazing! The facilities are great so clean fresh like at luxury apartment, sleeping was just a luxury. Wake up and go out to have a look at the beautiful dawn and siting outside and admire the sunset behind the hills full of olive trees, I was feeling like I am in the beautiful dream! The place has lovely pets (few cats and dogs) that kids love as well. If you look for a place from a fairytale in the middle of olive trees heels without an access to new technology - this is your dream place. Organic food with the best quality, carbonara made by the host is the best Italian carbonara I have ever eaten! I can ask what I really would like for children who are extremely fickle and I never heard that is a problem. Anyway with a smile patience and so honest open interest. I enjoy seething breakfast a long time for 1-2 hours.

I am Not sure I can say this is a drawback - WiFi is quite tough reachable - you have to be in certain places to get mobile connection, but maybe this is how it should be? the reason to stay into the wild.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Martina and Elisabeth are absolute gems. The breakfast was by far the best we had on our entire trip. Homemade focaccia, jams, picked vegetables (these were to die for), yogurts... Meats, cheeses, cereal, eggs, pastries... Dinners at the restaurant were laid back and the pasta was delicious! The views are stunning and the cats and dogs very friendly.

I don't have any complaints

This was our first night in Italy. Our flight was badly delayed, so we arrived very late, but the hosts stayed in touch, waited for us and were very welcoming when we arrived. The location worked really well for us. It’s about an hour from Fiumicino Airport, and since we wanted to avoid Rome and start the trip in the countryside, it was a very good first stop. The views are lovely, breakfast was fresh and very good, with both sweet and savoury options, and the children enjoyed the pool table and the space around the property. The owner is absolutely lovely, and we really enjoyed hearing about the property and the area from her.

This was amazing stay. We where there four of our family. Our host Elizabeth was just wonderful. We had one of the best food there and for sure the best pizza. This only one hour from Rome so it´s great location for first stop in Italy if you are landing at the airport.
