Breakfast was very good and there were lot of options

The breakfast is fresh and the staff is very attentive. There is variation in the dishes and the preparation is also very mild and very enjoyable to eat. I will always recommend booking a room with breakfast.

The housekeeping needed a few reminders. I would like them to pay more attention in future.

It’s clean, well maintained, relatively new, staff is polite, breakfast is good and they allowed me a late checkout at 1pm

1. The location wasn’t best suited for me. 2. I asked for airport pick up and paid Rs 2350 something, they sent me a shoddy dirty old car which had a gas cylinder in the boot and I couldn’t put my luggage there. Came all the way to the hotel with luggage in my lap. I reached out to their manager Vinith who gave me lame excuses but never made the effort to ensure I didn’t leave dissatisfied. 3. The staff is majorly teenage boys and girls. They are all polite but lack the authority of decision making, they kept reaching out to the manager for everything.
