It was very comfortable and cozy. I felt very safe as a recently widowed lone traveller.

Stayed for NYE and it was decorated for xmas and the place looked stunning and the log burner was fabulous! We loved our stay and would return!
Fully equipped kitchen, all basic amenities that we needed (towels, handwash, washing up liquid etc), extra blankets and hot water bottles, starter log for the log burner (shop was a couple mins down the road and sold extra logs and all essentials)
Electric radiators take a while to heat up and the one in the main bedroom kept turning itself off which was pretty chilly, as it snowed on our last day (which was magical!)
