Location is good, comphy bed And beddings.

Unclean, toilet And Bathroom needs a good deep clean. Flooring needs attention. Two in kitchen needs fixing. Didn’t arrived on time to collect keys , had to phone half an hour after to check out.

It was fun to jump over restaurant trash and a bin full of rubble to get to the dingy alleyway access. I was happy My car tires were not punctured by the debris. The bed was dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Too bad it was not still warm.

My wife would not be able to sleep in a bed with crumbs and hairball, she's a bit special. So I had to look for a human worthy accommodation. The staff was helpful and although they would not refund me for the night I did not sleep in their "apartment with shared private bathroom", they offered me to stay for free in the future, "upon availability".

Recently refurbished rooms, new carpet, comfy bed, and set of towers. Windows really well sound insulated even busy road in front. Shops and take aways nearby. Host fully available and resolutive. Free parking nearby. Friendly neighbours.

The access to the property through the back yard is a bit dodgy and need attention. The automatic lights at the stair entrance doesn't work properly every time, so a bit dark when doesn't switch on.

Comfy and clean, road noise was super quiet, shared bathroom but were the only ones there so had it to ourselves.

Inside- lovely. But outside was a little off putting, tucked away behind bins down an alley way and whilst waiting to check in there were quite a few needles on the floor outside the door! We laughed it off once inside but was a bit concerning as a first impression.

The rooms were very clean and nice

It was great, great place the owner is very kind, the toilets and kitchens are amazing as well deffo worth it :)

Really great host! Comfortable bed and lots of space, location was perfect for where we needed. Lots of amenities in the Wylde Green area to walk to, shops, restaurants etc
