the apartment was in a very good location, within walking distance to the Ribeira and Gaia district . 5 mins walk to the train station.
Also just across the road from an excellent Pastel de nata bakery and coffee shop.
Both the main door and our room door were operated by the same key code. The main door was easy to get in, but our room door was not, the handle was very very loose and it was not easy to operate the key code whilst holding the handle. On one occasion the keycode to our apartment would not work, so we had to call the owner, he did over ride this, but this is not acceptable in any way.
