Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely spacious well appointed room.
A little construction noise in the morning from a building across the street.

The location and the service.
No space in the fridge as it was bursting with alcoholic drinks on a minibar menu. It had a coffee pod machine but no frother or microwave to heat the milk. No toaster.
Two biscuits supplied were the size of a 10c coin!
OK if you want to eat out all the time (the breakfast downstairs was excellent).

The food was great.
It is not 5 star. The staff are not trained, and nobody seems in charge. We left a day early, and are waiting for an explanation as to why a staff person came into our room, and turned the light on while we sleeping. It was very disappointing because it is not cheap.
