The whole experience was exceptional because of the host’s thorough communication, commitment, care and concern. From the start the communication was clear, informative and consistent. Glenn had highlighted potential dangers we may encounter on our drive to Broken Hill, and when we had not arrived at our estimated time, he checked in with us to make sure we were ok! My husband was cautious about staying in a miner’s cottage but was pleasantly surprised. The lounge room was comfortable and pleasant, the bathroom was sleek and modern, the kitchen was fully equiped and spacious as was the bedroom. The bed/bed linen was extremely comfortable and luxurious. I love the extra consideration given to providing an extension cord on the bed table to charge phones etc. Then, there was more outside… great entertaining area and large yard. My husband was so impressed, he is considering staying here when he comes to Broken Hill for work. He was also impressed by the info pack that Glenn provided.

Not a criticism, rather a suggestion. The addition of a floor/table lamp or a dimmer switch in the lounge to create ambiance.

Everything. It was perfect. Close to town & shops. The bed was very comfortable. The lounge room had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well equipped. All in all we highly recommend it as a fabulous place to stay
