A gem of a find . One stop from Wembley. Very friendly and warm welcome from Andy. Comfortable room, quiet location, great shower! An easy walk from the tube and will definitely use again .

Window did not shut properly so noise from building work surrounding the property was relentless. There was alot of noise from staff early in the morning too. It would be better to warn anyone visiting the hotel that there is work taking place nearby. Other than that the rooms are very basic but it was suitable for our visit to Wembley with the Preston Rd station a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is 3 star and that is accurate; tidy, clean and convenient for local shops and restaurants. Very good value for money given the location. I would stay again.

I had booked a single room but this was no more than a cupboard, it was tiny. There is supposed to be free parking facilities but there is only space for 6 cars and it was full. I had to park at the top of a hill on the main road a Fair distance away from the hotel and walk back. They have a severe problem with their drains, the smell in the bathroom was disgusting. I remembered that I had stayed in this hotel before about 18 months ago and the drains were bad then. I Will never stay there again.

On arrival we were greeted very pleasantly.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Slept very well, quite surprised by how quiet it was.
A good experience.

Very clean room and hotel. Disappointed to have a very small room two floors above ground when I was expecting a ground floor room.

Barely ‘saw’ hotel nor the area: it was a port in a storm.. room small and in 3rd floor, simple, and had just enough essential parts. It served its purpose ✅

The Brent hotel was neat and clean with a small car park out front. Front desk service was friendly and approachable and we were upgraded to a family room which was a lot bigger than the other rooms available.
The room was on the corner of the hotel and had views in three directions. The room was clean and well appointed with a king size bed. Everything worked as it should.
The ensuite was good, clean and well appointed. My only criticism was that the showerhead had quite a bit of mould around it and it looked like it hadn't been sterilised for some time. Shower cubicle was small but functional.
All in all good value for the price.
The hotel was well placed to get to Wembley arena which was about two miles away or a 30 minute walk.
There are some local shops and food outlets near by about half a mile away but these shut by 11pm.
Not sure if there was a lift as I didn't see one which may be an issue for some people.
We didn't stay for breakfast so could not comment on quality. Resturaunt looked nice though.
I would recommend to others.

It was a small room and not cheap. Om a busy road, the hotel itself was noisy as it was small and the whole place shook when somebody came in or out and woke up by traffic in the night. Needs a refurbishment and double glazing. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I checked in, left our luggage and went out. upon our return we saw owner (maybe owners son) or manager had been in our room, they are very untrusting. I have never had this experience before and it was clear we could not ask about this as they would only lie about it due to our experience with the heating. We came back late and had to wait and ring bell 4 times before door was opened for us as he was asleep. I then called as the room was freezing, this was 'boosted' but for a short time so i slept with my clothes on. There is no heating control except on the radiator which means nothing if the heating is off, room should have heating control. In the morning i went to reception and was given 3 excuses but i asked for heating to be put on and left on as i can put radiator off myself. So every time we came back to hotel they ran to put heating on which meant room was cold for a couple of hours each time. and was only done as i said i would rather book another hotel or a real one at least. Rooms are not clean, owners are tight and demand you put lights off but there are many switches and not near our room so had to walk in the dark each time we came or left.
Parking limited to 5 cars, 4 if owners car is parked there.
owners son saw where we were from and stated he had a wedding venue in our area and had just spent £1 mill renovating it! But wont spend £50k to get a door system and heating system that works for guests. Rooms are not clean and smells odd.

friendly reception at around 17.00 hrs, left at 07.00 next morning, spent a day at hospital ,returned at 15.00, did not move out of the room until 09.30 Weds.No one at reception, unable to retrieve copies of my bank card,or my partners, not happy about that.

We had researched the hotel on the internet and are expectations were fully matched when we arrived. Staff were friendly, hotel and our room was very well kept and clean. We had booked a family room and what a lovely surprise to find the third bed was in an interconnecting room with it's own wash basin and TV. There was a good selection of cereal for breakfast and the English breakfast option was freshly cooked. The hotel also had forecourt parking. Quiet location, 15 min walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. A good place to stay, would definitely book again.

The Brent is a good little hotel . My single room was a bit small but had all the right things in it. Breakfast is fine for what it is - butter in basket and brown bread for toast would be nice. £7/8 taxi fare to Wembley Stadium. Staff very nice and would recommend .

Greeted at reception with a upgrade to a double room, hotel looked nice and had parking as said. Room ok, good first impression until I settled in. The Door handle was broken, tatty bed side cabinet and no curtains! Just a blind that let the light in of the street light right outside the window. Lots of traffic noise, the bed shakes every time a bus Whent past (not a great nights sleep). Bathroom flooded when having a shower as the nozzle sprayed over the top of the shower screen, also had to be quick as the tray was not draining properley.

I recently stayed at the Brent while I was attending the NFL Football game at Wembley Stadium. The hotel, while a little off the beaten path, was still convienent and the price was right. Rooms were clean and spacious. The service from the owners/staff was excellent. I would recommend a stay at the Brent.

I stayed at the Brent due to its good reviews on both Hotels and trip advisor. I was going to london city centre but didnt want to spend scary amounts on a hotel there. This hotel was situated in Harrow which is North London in quite a family orientated and very culturally diverse area. In terms of transport getting to the nearest tube was super easy and only a five minute walk from the hotel.
I'd like to say breakfast was fantastic but I'll be honest, the bed was so big and comfortable I didnt wake up in time to try it!

Been refurbished to a good standard, very friendly staff, room comfortable and spotlessly clean, complimentary breakfast was excellent ( we expected to have to pay for full English but they gave it us free), quiet location with free parking, great especially for visitors to Wembley Stadiums which are walking distance as is the Preston Rd underground . The Preston pub serving excellent food is very nice and only a five minute walk away. All in all a very good value for money small hotel, i would definately stay there again and recomend to my friends.
