Our group of 12 had a great time at Villa Eloize! There was enough space and bathrooms for all and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Our host was responsive and accommodating and everything was as advertised. PROS: - very spacious and enough room for all to have a bed to sleep on (mostly 2 to a bed). - kitchen well stocked with induction range and adequate dinner/glass ware including glass storage containers and coolers - beach chairs, floaties and beach towels available - essential to have washer/dryer available there - close to many attractions on the island - wonderful cooling systems in all the rooms CONS: - some of the showers either didn’t get hot enough or got scalding hot and didn’t have same water pressure that we are accustomed to - though walkable to the beach, it’s a pretty unpleasant walk in the heat so we ended up driving everywhere, including to the market just down the street - a few dead (and live ones) bees in the upstairs master and a cockroach in one of the apartments Overall, we really enjoyed the home and the host. It was good value and a good setup for my family. If I were just a little more walkable it would have gotten 5 stars!

The Pros: The house was very nice and spacious for our group and the location was fantastic. Plenty of parking between driveway and sidewalk, and there is a small grocery store you can walk to as well as a few food spots that were lovely.The Cons: The pool area was almost unusable based off how slippery it was. We ended up moving a rug over to avoid any additional injuries. There are also a lot of random steps and drops, with some being very large- so if traveling with anyone who has limited mobility this creates a nightmare situation between the slippery tiles and the random steps. Within 2 hours of being in the house ants were popping out everywhere and continued throughout the stay. There are gaps in some of the sliders and a couple cockroaches also made their way in to our rooms.... yikes!The A/C by the back apartment constantly drips on you when trying to use the door.They advertise a couch bed but there are no additional linens for it and when requested we only got two sheets. No pillows or anything. There is also a lack of dressers or places to put luggage or clothes, especially in the "apartments"Overall we enjoyed ourselves but we would not chose to stay here again, mostly due to the slippery tiles surrounding the pool and outdoor space.
