Breakfast was delicious and full of variety Location was very peaceful

It can be more eventful

very nice breakfast but area very faar from city

size of room is not upto mark of 5 star

Staff was really good , helping and friendly

We booked extra bed for the kid I called customer care a day before and they assured that it’s booked , even I got a confirmation email for same But when we reached there , we were informed that all extra beds are already occupied by the guests and we have to manage somehow. Although the staff at reception was supportive and they provided us with a room with the largest bed available which we found was ok and the sleep was comfortable. But how come the extra bed bookings are done when the availability was limited. The call center told us in case we don’t book in advance we may not get the bed , then how come the extra bed is given on first come first serve basis Rest all things in the stay was fine and we don’t have any issues with stay or staff or food , everyone was up to the mark except the extra bed booking goof up.
