Truly exceptional in welcoming & accommodating her guests. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
Double joy for a strategic room location with a relaxing, beautiful nature environment and sandy beach cool sea-view.
We got our request for a late check-out until 3pm as our function at the hall ended at 2pm. Ample time for our exquisite luncheon and smooth check-out.

This is a truly remarkable hotel. It is tucked away in a remote part of Sarawak where there must be serious problems with logistics and keeping everything in order but they succeed 100%. They must be congratulated
We stayed there for 4 nights. Alas, the food was well prepared and was okay for guests staying one or two nights but became very boring for a longer stay. They need to prepare special dishes especially in the evening even when the hotel has a low occupancy rate during off peak periods.

The restaurant improves a lot,since I was first check in in March 2026,food more tasty. The staff also quite helpful all the time of my stay. Overall...i have to give a thumbs up...thank you

Breakfast mediocre. Location close to Cultural Village was good. It was possible to see proboscis monkeys in the hotel area.
Strange restrictions and prohibitions with the threat of a penalty fee. It felt quite strange and uncomfortable. The room next door was under renovation, so the hallway in front of the room was dusty and the noise of the renovations was disturbing in the room for a couple of mornings. The area was pretty boring, I wouldn't want to spend more than a couple of days there. Taxis are not available here. You can't swim in the sea, the water is murky and there may be crocodiles.
