Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were only a few units in Seaside that allowed our dog, and we are glad that Mojo Biblio was one of them. The unique custom interior with an open layout on the first floor, wonderful circular railing, and floor to ceiling bookshelves on the second floor (filled with books); and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large family. Location is perfect near a great pool and 200 yards to the beach. Nearly every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the 3rd level hideaway accessed by a tall spiral steel staircase (that our 2 year old granddaughter crawled up on her own much to our chagrin) is another quirky element of this house. The only drawbacks are the limited outdoor spaces for a large family (tip: use both porches to spread out the family for morning coffee) and "smallish" bathrooms. The house has an artistic vibe with a lot of unique artwork in every room. We are not bringing our dog next year which allowed us to find a place with larger outdoor space and larger bathrooms for our Seaside vacation next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the floor plan, cottage needs to be deep cleaned, rugs dirty, needs to be replaced. Plenty of storage. Lots of books. Liked the location.
