The location was perfect, it was in the city center and in a very walkable area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the view outside of the room was quaint (a courtyard area).
It was difficult to figure out and use the lighting system in the room. The room was on the smaller side but it was clean and comforable. I wish there had been breakfast included in the stay.

Location was excellent, walk to everything. Beautiful historic area and architecture. Breakfast is a full breakfast with many options. Room had a balcony overlooking a lively square. Very helpful front desk, with everything and anything.

Great location friendly staff - I would have given 5 stars but the bed was very hard! Otherwise delicious breakfast & an amazingly interesting hotel

This was a special find. The location was perfect, the room was very good with a comfortable bed. The theme of the hotel was an excellent surprise. I really enjoyed it along with the lobby shop which was a writing instrument shop with some antique pens.
The shower was a bit on the small side, but had great water pressure and it was a good experience as long as you didn’t attempt any morning calisthenics in it.
