Friendly room service

The bathroom is very small, the bed is very bad, and the pictures do not match reality

The location was near to my business.

I booked a deluxe queen studio for (fortunately) one night.The unit wasn't as described by the property. Even no towels! Only a doorman! After being settled in a room, the doorman came and told me that this isn't the booked room and I must change it for fear of the owner. The equipment wasn't as described. No microwave, no coffee machine, no towels, no slippers .....etc. The property wasn't clean and the lights were dim or not working. The paints of the walls were sloughed and dirty. The owner's telephone number provided on booking didn't respond after arrival to find someone to check in, after about 10 minutes, an illiterate doorman (worker)came. This is a bad view for tourism and must be declined from booking. com....Indeed, it was a "Very bad experience".

My stay at this new studio apartment was superb. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment's modern design, cleanliness, and peaceful location were outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Location, apartment size, staff behavior, cleaning, new furniture, new AC in each room, 3 bathrooms, quiet area

No WiFi 2 bathrooms' windows were missing, and so to avoid animals and insects, we used the remaining bathroom We requested extra blankets but did not receive them Bed metric is a bad quality. Why spend too much to make the apartment nice and stop spending on the main important feature the gust is expecting?

Wifi was not working yet as the property is still new. Location a bit far.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff and available car parking

Some facilities are needed such as kettle, mugs & cups, more hangers at the room

Ppty location was perfect. Easy to commute around New Cairo. Very close to the airport. Most importantly it was a quite and safe neighbourhood
